MidWest Flooding Continues - Levees Break on Iowa River

Flooding moves farther downstream in devasted Iowa, displacing 30,000 people. In Cedar Rapids,  more than 1000 blocks of the downtown area are under filthy polluted water. Levees broke across the river in Gulfport, Illinois - flooding farmland and damaging buildings in the wost flooding the area has seen in fifteen years. More rain is on the way and the worry now is that the flooding will spread downstream along the mighty Mississippi.
