Another Winter Storm Hits Northeast

 It feels like there's a very frosty pattern emerging... Folks on the East Coast have had a lot of winter this year and it looks like there is more on the way. Pittsburg, New York and Baltimore have have all set records for the snowiest month ever.  Another storm is on the way for Tuesday. Is this weird?
